Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

Arad Branding is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to work remotely on a part‑time, commission‑only basis. You will be the front‑line contact for both prospective and existing customers, helping to showcase the company’s products and services while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales prospects through outreach and networking.
• Present product and service offerings to potential clients, tailoring messages to their needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong active‑listening abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation, able to build trust and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Proven sales and marketing aptitude, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and handling objections.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
