Sales & Marketing Specialist Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist Intern to join PushNcare’s remote team. You will help expand our digital health platform across Africa by supporting outreach to nutrition professionals and assisting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing nutrition professionals via email or chat to introduce PushNcare’s services.
• Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries and update the sales CRM under senior guidance.
• Assist with onboarding new users, including product walkthroughs and training sessions.
• Collect user feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams.
• Prepare basic sales reports and maintain documentation of interactions.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing platform awareness.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Foundational sales knowledge with interest in lead generation and pipeline management.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle documentation.
• Enrolled in or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Health or related fields.
• Proactive mindset and openness to feedback in a fast‑moving startup.
