About the role

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Director of Food & Nutrition to lead its dining services operation at a hospital in Canton, GA. This senior leader will shape the overall foodservice experience, drive financial results, and represent Morrison within the health system.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day foodservice operations with a focus on hospitality, quality, and operational excellence.
• Manage financial performance, operate within budget, and maximize value for the client.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing leadership team and frontline associates.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Build strong partnerships with hospital leadership and collaborate across departments.
• Drive employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of service excellence, innovation, and professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, foodservice, or healthcare nutrition.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver financial results.
• Experience building and leading high‑performing teams.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with senior hospital stakeholders.
