Senior Product Manager

About the role

Conga is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of its Rebate Management solution. This mission‑critical product serves enterprise customers in distribution, manufacturing, and CPG, handling complex trading‑partner programs. The role offers high autonomy and accountability, shaping what gets built, why, and how it succeeds in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear 3‑month, 6‑month, and 12‑24‑month roadmap, balancing short‑term commitments with strategic investments.
• Own the full rebate object model—from program configuration and accrual logic to payment request and settlement—and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop deep expertise in rebate and channel‑incentive workflows, including volume‑based, growth, tiered, and multi‑level program structures.
• Partner with engineering to shape the backlog, prioritize trade‑offs, and deliver iteratively in an agile environment.
• Translate customer pain points from support escalations, implementation feedback, and discovery into well‑scoped, high‑impact product requirements.
• Collaborate with product marketing to position rebates competitively, support analyst briefings, and craft go‑to‑market narratives.
• Define and track product‑health metrics such as adoption, accrual accuracy, settlement cycle time, and retention signals.
• Represent the rebates product cross‑functionally, aligning with Pricing, CPQ, and Data Platform product managers to deliver integrated commercial workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to own complex, data‑intensive products end‑to‑end.
• Strong discovery instincts to differentiate customer requests from true needs.
• Clear, confident communication with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile/Scrum environments with distributed engineering teams.
