Snapchat Social Media Manager (Independent Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Snapchat Social Media Manager to own and grow our Snapchat presence for the Blue Foxes brand. This fully remote, independent contractor role offers high autonomy to shape content strategy, design visuals, and run campaigns for a mobile‑first audience.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of the Snapchat channel, including daily analytics tracking and optimization for reach, open and completion rates.
• Design and package high‑retention “Tiles” and compelling headlines that drive click‑through while meeting platform compliance.
• Audit historic performance data, re‑edit successful videos, and ensure content stays culturally relevant.
• Monitor and enforce Snapchat policy standards, address at‑risk assets, and manage appeals for falsely flagged media.
• Produce rapid, clean visual edits, static designs, and layouts optimized for vertical specifications.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication.
• Proven experience managing and growing Snapchat channels.
• Highly independent, creative, and motivated problem‑solver.
• Located in or able to work within Western Europe time zones for team sync.
