About the role
NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to provide administrative, logistical and project support for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role will help implement the programme by ensuring smooth contract management, financial reporting and coordination of meetings and events.
Key responsibilities
- Administer contract and activity monitoring for the programme.
- Support financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Organise meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and other events.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities and logistical arrangements.
Required profile
- University degree (minimum three‑year) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least three years of experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
- Minimum one year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes, including financial reporting and event organisation.
- Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
