AECO Professional Internship – On-site in Yaoundé

About the role

Superworld Services is offering an on‑site internship for an AECO Professional in Yaoundé. The intern will work closely with senior consultants to support the analysis, documentation and improvement of infrastructure systems, project governance and delivery frameworks for complex capital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organise data related to infrastructure systems, governance structures and delivery processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations and visualisations for internal and client use.
• Assist in developing and refining tools, templates and workflows for AECO systems integration.
• Map stakeholder requirements and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Research best practices in infrastructure transformation and document lessons learned.

Required profile

• Strong interest in AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) and infrastructure governance.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, urban planning, systems engineering or a related field.
• Ability to analyse complex information, synthesize insights and present findings clearly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary, cross‑cultural teams.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
