Agent & Distribution Administrative Manager

About the role

Wave is building a cashless Africa and needs a skilled manager to lead its Agent & Distribution Administration team. Reporting to the Country Launcher, you will oversee a growing group of administrative officers and ensure smooth operations for agents across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Support the agent and user operations team from the head office.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage agent teams in line with internal policies.
• Develop and enforce procedures for tracking, reporting, and resolving agent issues.
• Request, dispatch, and monitor agent‑related supplies and merchandising materials.
• Oversee agent management, administration, and reporting, ensuring contracts are up to date.
• Collaborate with regional managers to create policies for contract renewal or termination.
• Maintain regional data, produce accurate analysis, and forecast performance.
• Manage contracts and payroll for interim staff and support nationwide agent operations.
• Coordinate agent communication, training, and basic admin support.

• Ability to analyze data and produce performance forecasts.
