Delivery Leader – Government Consulting (Cameroon)

About the role

Delivery Associates is seeking a Delivery Leader to work closely with government partners in Cameroon, designing and implementing strategies that meet policy commitments. The role involves engaging senior officials, partners, and experts to drive impactful public‑sector outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust‑based relationships with government clients and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to client teams, enabling measurable results.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Design, sequence, and implement prioritized reforms aligned with government strategy.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth execution.
• Craft high‑quality presentations, reports, and communication materials for clients and internal leadership.
• Lead training sessions and capacity‑building activities to strengthen delivery capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 3–8 years of experience in the public sector, consulting firms, or international organizations with client‑facing delivery work.
• Proven track record of delivering project results.
• Sector expertise in one or more African industries is advantageous.
• Business‑level proficiency in English and French.
• Right‑to‑work documentation for Cameroon and willingness to relocate within Sub‑Saharan Africa.
