AI Evaluation Specialist for Small Business Scenarios

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is seeking French‑speaking professionals with hands‑on experience in small‑business operations to join a 10‑week AI evaluation project. You will help assess how modern AI systems handle real‑world SMB scenarios across customer communication, operations, finance, marketing, and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts that reflect common small‑business situations and goals.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots, compare response quality, and evaluate outputs for accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and business relevance.
• Review AI‑generated visual and written content, including spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and business documents.
• Provide structured comparative feedback, scoring, and detailed evaluation reports.
• Test AI handling of customer communication and operational workflows.
• Contribute business insights related to marketing, research, and financial planning.
• Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in French.
• Experience running or supporting a small business (e.g., bakery, salon, retail, service provider).
• Strong understanding of small‑business workflows and problem‑solving.
• Ability to upload supporting documents such as marketing visuals, process documents, CRM workflows, budgets, and market analyses.
• Available 20‑40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlap in PST.

Required skills

• Prompt creation for AI systems.
• Evaluation of AI‑generated text and visual content.
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheet and document formats.
