Architect Intern – Hybrid, Yaoundé

About the role

Hilotech Construction is looking for a motivated Architect Intern to join our hybrid team in Yaoundé. You will work closely with senior architects and engineers, gaining hands‑on experience in architectural design, 3D modelling, and project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models and documentation under senior guidance.
• Support project planning and coordinate design revisions.
• Contribute to design presentations and client proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction staff to ensure design integration.
• Maintain organized project files and learn relevant software tools and workflows.
• Participate in team meetings, share ideas and develop practical skills in architecture and construction management.

Required profile

• Strong foundational knowledge in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Basic understanding of software development and integration concepts related to design tools.
• Interest or experience in project management and coordination.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to learn, openness to feedback and ability to work both on‑site and remotely.
