ATL Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an ATL Marketing Supervisor to lead both above‑the‑line (outdoor, radio, events) and digital marketing initiatives for oraimo in Cameroon. The role will develop strategic plans, execute major campaigns and manage a local marketing team to ensure brand consistency and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with oraimo HQ strategy and conduct market and consumer insights to uncover local opportunities.
• Lead and supervise ATL and digital activities, overseeing major campaigns such as Black Friday, Back to School and holiday promotions while monitoring timelines, budgets and effectiveness.
• Manage the local marketing team—including ATL officers, video specialists and social media executives—and collaborate with sales, design and product departments to maintain brand consistency.
• Strengthen brand visibility across retail and online channels, build relationships with media, KOLs, campuses and partners, and ensure unified brand communication.
• Track campaign KPIs, prepare performance reports, conduct post‑campaign evaluations and provide actionable insights for future strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, brand management or campaign execution, preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of the Cameroon market and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent project management, leadership and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English or French (both preferred); Chinese is a plus.
• Experience working with international brands or multicultural teams is an advantage.
