职位概况
广东特福国际（全球瓷砖制造商，2025 年产量约2.055亿平方米）招聘市场经理，负责非洲某国建材市场的整体规划与团队建设，要求熟练掌握法语和中文，接受派驻非洲法语国家（如贝宁、布基纳法索、科特迪瓦、喀麦隆、塞内加尔等）。
主要职责
- 协助分公司建材线负责人制定年度市场战略、费用预算和推广计划
- 组建、管理和考核本地市场团队，包括招聘、绩效与制度建设
- 统筹市场项目落地，对接总部市场部及各区域业务经理，负责新品推广、专卖店建设、广告投放、数字化营销等
- 对市场项目、方案和报告进行立项、执行与优化，并提交总部审核
- 对中方业务经理、区域专员和外方业务员开展培训与考核
- 制定市场调研计划，收集一线问题并提出推广建议
- 管理供应商，制定市场费用标准
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、管理或商业相关专业
- 3年以上市场营销经验，建材或相关行业经验优先
- 具备市场分析、预算管理和数据分析能力，能独立制定推广计划并管理团队
- 良好的中英文沟通能力，可海外常驻
