职位概况

负责基于CS视角，对SaaS产品NaLaLys的业务运营进行结构化设计与再造，直接向CEO汇报，推动全公司运营效率提升。

主要职责

可视化、标准化并梳理CS团队的全流程（从入职到升级）
制定RACI矩阵、例外处理流程及运营手册、模板
设计并落地数据模型、CRM字段、健康指标、KPI仪表盘
实现定型业务的自动化、工具集成与工作流优化
跨部门（CS、产品、研发、企业职能）交接设计及VoC闭环机制建设

任职要求

能够进行CS运营的可视化、标准化和流程梳理
具备数据模型、KPI仪表盘设计经验
熟悉跨部门运营改进的组织协调
