Branch Coordinator – Limbe Operations

About the role
Parklane Travels is launching its third branch on the Yaoundé–Buea–Limbe corridor and needs a Branch Coordinator to take full operational ownership of the Gardens VIP pickup point and the Mile 4 terminal in Limbe. You will lead the on‑ground team, ensure compliance with SOPs, and drive the branch toward profitability and a strong reputation for safety and customer care.
Key responsibilities
- Run daily operations at both sites, overseeing departures, boarding, luggage handling, ticketing and parking in line with Parklane SOPs.
- Lead, schedule and develop the branch team (hostesses, ticketing agents, courier handlers, security, cleaning staff) with coaching, performance feedback and discipline.
- Own the branch P&L: increase passenger ticket sales, promote return tickets and ancillary revenue while controlling operating costs.
- Act as the public face of Parklane with passengers, corporate clients, suppliers, local authorities, transport unions and security services.
- Manage cash and ticket reconciliation daily, ensuring accurate recording, banking and reporting of all payment methods.
- Collaborate with marketing on local activation, visibility, community partnerships and B2B outreach.
- Maintain physical infrastructure (premises, generator/solar backup, borehole water, signage, security) and coordinate maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with Cameroonian transport regulations, MINPOSTEL postal/courier rules, tax/e‑invoicing and internal audit standards.
- Lead incident response, handling passenger complaints, security events, vehicle issues and lost luggage to root‑cause resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, transport/logistics, operations management or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years managing a customer‑facing operations team (transport, logistics, hospitality, retail or similar).
- Fully bilingual in English and French.
