Business Development and Sales Agent

About the role

Fozzaro is looking for a dynamic, professional and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Officer to build the company's visibility, generate qualified leads and turn prospects into clients. The role combines digital marketing, B2B prospecting, customer relationship management and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales activities.
• Generate and qualify leads through digital channels, networking, referrals and direct prospecting.
• Promote the BUY FROM CHINA, GO TO CHINA FOR BUSINESS and SHIP FROM CHINA services.
• Manage social media, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
• Build relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs and decision-makers.
• Follow up prospects and convert opportunities into clients.
• Maintain the CRM and track sales performance.
• Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams on client requirements.
• Contribute to lead, RFQ, proposal and sales targets.

Required profile

• BAC+2/3 or higher in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Sales, Communication or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales or business development.
• Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Good command of French and English.
• Proactive, organized, persuasive and results-oriented, with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in international trade, procurement, logistics or China-Africa business is an advantage.
