Coordinator Sales Execution

About the role

The Coordinator Sales Execution will develop, secure and maintain profitable business for Hapag-Lloyd by managing a portfolio of key accounts and promoting inland logistics solutions across Cameroon.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of medium and large accounts, focusing on MR and Geo-From customers.
• Conduct market and account planning, develop account strategies and action plans.
• Coordinate tender participation, handle RFQ submissions and customer feedback.
• Prepare visit plans, reports and update CRM with customer interactions.
• Promote inland transportation services such as terminal‑to‑plant, door‑to‑door, customs clearance and depot solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Steering, Sales Support, Operations, Finance and other internal teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
• Experience with tenders, RFQs, commercial proposals and rate negotiations.
• Fluency in French and good command of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Cameroonian ports, terminals, ICDs, depots and inland transport corridors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Scout, Compass, FIS and SAM applications.
• Sales‑driven mindset with strong negotiating and closing abilities.
