职位概况

负责快消行业CRM系统的日常管理与数据维护，支持销售团队提升运营效率，进行销售及客户数据分析。

主要职责

管理CRM系统，确保客户、门店及业务数据准确、及时更新。
跟进业务员拜访数据，监督系统使用情况并优化流程。
整理并分析销售、客户及终端覆盖数据，评估销量、铺货率等指标。
跟踪业务员拜访计划，监控客户开发、订单完成情况，核查数据真实性。
建立和维护客户档案，更新客户分类及渠道信息。
为销售团队提供CRM系统培训与技术支持，收集优化需求并与IT对接。

任职要求

1-3年销售运营、CRM或销售支持经验，有快消行业经验者优先。
熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP、常用函数）。
具备较强的数据分析能力，责任心强，工作细致。
良好的沟通协调能力，逻辑思维清晰，能承受一定工作压力。
