Territory Sales Executive – Cameroon

About the role

The Territory Sales Executive will drive commercial success for Onfon Mobile’s device financing business across an assigned territory in Cameroon. You will lead sales execution, manage dealer and agent performance, and act as the primary commercial representative in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Own territory revenue, sales growth and profitability against targets.
• Lead, coach and manage sales agents, promoters and dealer partners.
• Recruit, onboard and train new dealers, OEMs and retail partners within 30 days.
• Build strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors and retail partners.
• Conduct structured field visits, audits and performance reviews.
• Drive quality customer acquisition while ensuring responsible lending and policy compliance.
• Monitor portfolio quality and keep NPL within company targets.
• Identify market opportunities, competitor activities and recommend growth initiatives.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, activations and in‑store promotions.
• Resolve customer, dealer and operational escalations within SLA.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, Economics or related field.
• 0‑3 years experience in sales, FMCG, telecommunications, consumer finance or device financing, with supervisory or territory management exposure.
• Proven experience leading sales teams, dealers, distributors or retail partners.
• Strong understanding of sales management, channel development, portfolio management and customer acquisition.
• Fluency in English mandatory; French required; knowledge of local languages an advantage.
