Data Management Agent

About the role

The Data Management Agent will support EGPAF’s mission by ensuring high‑quality monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data across project sites. You will coach data entry staff, oversee data collection tools, and guarantee that information is accurate, timely, and ready for reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor availability and proper use of registers, data collection sheets, and other M&E tools.
• Train and mentor Data Entry Agents and Community Research Assistants on electronic tools.
• Coordinate daily data entry into databases such as DAMA, DHIS, Power Apps, Excel, and other forms.
• Ensure secure data storage at assignment sites.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly data validation to maintain completeness, validity, timeliness, and integrity of contractual indicators.
• Assist sites in organizing data review meetings and provide performance analyses.
• Participate in quarterly data quality audits and SIMS activities.
• Document quality‑improvement activities on site.

Required profile

• Minimum: Diploma in any discipline; training in computer or information science is a plus.
• Fluent in French; working knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team player with willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using DAMA, DHIS, and Power Apps for data entry and management.
