Digital Marketing and Business Development Lead

About the role

The Digital Marketing and Business Development Lead will drive student recruitment, brand visibility, and revenue growth for the school through innovative digital marketing and business development initiatives. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of campaigns, website management, and social media outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the school's annual marketing strategy.
• Create marketing plans aligned with enrolment and growth targets.
• Design and launch campaigns to increase local and international awareness.
• Lead all digital marketing activities, including website content management and optimisation.
• Develop and execute social media strategies.
• Support boarding recruitment and overall enrolment growth.
• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to generate revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• Professional qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing is desirable.
• Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot) are a plus.
