Space Knowledge & Communications Expert (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on knowledge management, editorial production, communication, visibility, digital knowledge platforms, and the dissemination of policy and technical content related to the partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and curate knowledge assets and digital platforms for the programme.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including policy briefs, case studies, and visibility content compliant with EU standards.
• Facilitate the dissemination of technical and policy information to stakeholders across Africa and the EU.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum one year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content.
• Experience in the space sector or science‑technology‑innovation (STI) is a plus.
