Digital Marketing Associate (Commission-Based)

About the role

Nexbyt Technology is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Associate to support its marketing activities, strengthen its online presence and generate business opportunities. The associate promotes the company's software solutions, technology services and digital products to businesses, entrepreneurs and organisations. This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish engaging marketing content across relevant digital platforms.
• Promote the company's products, software solutions and services.
• Support social media management and audience engagement.
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified business leads.
• Research market trends, competitors and potential customer segments.
• Support digital campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
• Track marketing performance and submit regular reports.
• Collaborate with the business development team to support customer acquisition.

Required profile

• Knowledge or practical experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and online audience growth.
• Ability to research, identify and engage potential customers.
• Self-motivation, professionalism and accountability.
• A portfolio or examples of previous work is an advantage.

Compensation

• Commissions on eligible business generated, according to the company's commission agreement:
• 5% for qualified leads sourced by the associate and closed by Nexbyt Technology.
• 10% for customers independently sourced and closed by the associate.
• 5% for company-provided leads successfully closed by the associate.
• 10% of eligible net subscription receipts for the first three paid months for independently sourced and closed subscription customers.
• Commissions are paid after the corresponding customer payments have been received and cleared.
