Driver Support Specialist

About the role

The Driver Support Specialist will help improve the experience of Yiino drivers in Cameroon by using data, operational levers, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will work on projects that boost driver engagement, launch new product features, and solve marketplace efficiency challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute multiple projects in a fast‑changing environment.
• Collaborate with product teams to test and roll out new app features.
• Perform data analysis, business modelling and experimentation to guide decision‑making.
• Identify and implement solutions that improve driver satisfaction, bonuses, loyalty programs and event organization.
• Work with policy, communications, marketing, legal and customer support to launch initiatives.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to other driver operations functions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data‑driven decision making and operational problem solving.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with teams such as Business Development, Legal, Product, Marketing and Customer Experience.
• Strong initiative, creativity and ability to execute quickly in a changing environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
