Duty Manager – Evening & Night Operations

About the role

The Duty Manager is the senior management representative on duty during evening and night operations. You will supervise service delivery, maintain a refined night‑time ambiance, and ensure a superior end‑to‑end guest experience while driving revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee smooth, safe, and profitable operations during peak evening and nightlife hours.
• Supervise staff activities, manage workflow, and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain high service standards and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Handle client relationship management and ensure operational discipline.
• Optimize revenue, profitability, and overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in premium or high‑volume environments.
• Proven track record of success in a similar supervisory role.
• Passion for hospitality and a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
