Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and lead a new product or business vertical within its AI operating system platform for B2C brands. You will act as a founder‑type leader, leveraging the company’s engineering, design, AI infrastructure and customer base to launch a high‑impact venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high‑potential market opportunities that align with Base360.ai’s AI platform.
• Validate customer problems through research, interviews, and data analysis.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go‑to‑market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch the solution quickly.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead a multidisciplinary team as the venture scales.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success, and financial performance.
• Present progress and results directly to the founders and executive team.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to recruit, inspire, and lead high‑performing teams.

• Experience with AI technologies and enthusiasm for building AI‑driven solutions.
