Experienced Bilingual Digital Marketer (Shop & IT Services)

About the role

Visionary Technologies™ Company (VTC) is a technology-driven organization that designs and delivers digital solutions. It is hiring an experienced bilingual digital marketer to work full time on site in its Biyemassi office in Yaoundé III, supporting both the shop and IT service activities. The role covers planning and running digital marketing campaigns, managing social media and creating content, and attracting and nurturing leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and create content promoting products and services
• Manage social media channels and coordinate promotions with the sales and technical teams
• Update online listings and respond to customer inquiries in multiple languages
• Maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms
• Monitor and analyze web performance metrics, optimize campaigns for reach and conversion, and implement strategies to attract and nurture leads

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and French, with professional communication skills; English as first language
• Full-time on-site availability in Biyemassi, Yaoundé III, during required hours and days
• Practical digital marketing experience with evidence of campaigns, content, social media management or marketing projects
• Interest in lead generation, customer engagement and performance analysis, not just posting on social media
• Organization, attention to detail and willingness to collaborate with sales and technical teams
• Previous marketing experience, preferably in retail, technology or IT services; marketing, communication or business education is an advantage
