Experienced Driver – Douala

About the role

We are seeking an experienced driver to join our team in Douala. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and punctual transportation of staff, goods, and materials while maintaining a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and mechanical condition.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, goods, or materials to designated locations, ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Maintain flexibility to work both morning and night shifts, adapting to operational needs.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well‑maintained through daily cleaning and routine checks.
• Monitor vehicle condition continuously and promptly report any mechanical issues or required maintenance.
• Assist with deliveries and support other daily operational tasks as required.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and responsibility at all times, representing the company positively.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of professional driving experience.
• Ordinary level certification (or equivalent) as the basic educational requirement.
• Ability to read and write basic English or French.
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Strong sense of responsibility with a focus on safety.
• Flexible, punctual, and dependable attitude.
