Field Marketer

About the role

Lex Group is seeking energetic Field Marketers to join its on‑site team in Douala. You will help design and launch marketing campaigns that connect users with real‑estate and hospitality options across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor marketing campaigns that promote the Lex Group platform.
• Engage directly with clients, partners, local businesses and property owners to build relationships.
• Conduct market research, analyse feedback and provide insights to improve services.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures and digital content.
• Gather and report user feedback to enhance platform features and user experience.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, digital campaigns or sales promotions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Capability to conduct market research and analyse data.
• Strategic thinking with proficiency in content creation and campaign design.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in real‑estate or hospitality is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English is highly desirable.
