Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead our premium resto‑lounge in Bonamoussadi, Douala. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to ensure exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and service.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate a high‑performance team.
• Create and update menus that reflect culinary trends, seasonality, and guest preferences.
• Manage inventory, sourcing, and stock control to minimize waste and optimise costs.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance protocols.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an F&B manager in a premium or high‑volume environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and MS 365.
• Experience using restaurant management software and POS systems.
