About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking professional to evaluate AI‑driven business tools. You will work remotely, creating realistic business prompts, interacting with multiple chatbots, and providing detailed feedback on their outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic business‑related prompts aligned with user goals.
• Engage with up to five AI chatbot turns per conversation.
• Assess AI responses for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and overall quality.
• Deliver structured feedback and comparative evaluations across chatbot outputs.
• Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results.
• Review AI‑generated content covering operations, customer interactions, marketing, and financial planning.

Required profile

• Business owner or strong understanding of small‑business operations.
• Proven professional experience with analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to follow strict evaluation guidelines and quality standards.
• Comfortable using AI tools and technologies.
• Excellent written communication in French.
• Experience in marketing, operations, market research, customer management, or financial planning is a plus.
