French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. In this position you will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance through phone calls and live chat while helping to build lasting brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate support in both French and English, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction in the support platform to maintain a clear service history.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and communicate clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
