General Manager – Senior Living Community

About the role

The General Manager will lead day‑to‑day operations of a senior living community account, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manage overall daily operations of the community.
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
• Supervise scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, guests, clients, and internal departments.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and deliver top‑quality food.
• Launch new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary arts preferred.
• Minimum five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Experience in high‑volume production and catering.
• Proven budget management experience.
• Motivation to grow within a leading foodservice company.
