About the role

Societe Africaine de Participation (SAPA) is seeking a motivated Junior Investment Analyst to join its Research, Investment & Portfolio Management team in Yaounde. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to private‑equity investments across Cameroon and the wider region, allowing you to learn the fundamentals of investment management from experienced senior officers.

Key responsibilities

• Research companies and sectors to identify new investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain Excel financial models for forecasts and valuations.
• Support due‑diligence processes and prepare documentation for the Investment Committee.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Investment Officers from day one.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, economics, management, engineering, agronomy or a related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable using modern productivity and AI tools.
• Fluent French with a good level of English.
