Lead Marketing Agent – Bilingual French & English

About the role

Offrir is a fast‑growing Cameroonian marketplace app that connects users with local service providers. We are looking for a bilingual Lead Marketing Agent to build and manage an in‑house field marketing team that will drive vendor and user acquisition across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and supervise a network of field marketing agents throughout Cameroon.
• Lead on‑the‑ground vendor onboarding in major cities such as Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam, Bamenda and Limbe.
• Target service categories including electricians, plumbers, mechanics, photographers, tutors, chefs, makeup artists, transport, landscaping, repairs, construction and event planning.
• Visit markets, workshops, salons, garages and construction sites to sign up vendors.
• Encourage community members to download and actively use the Offrir app.
• Monitor field performance and report on acquisition metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, business development or marketplace growth.
• Background in promoting mobile apps or digital platforms.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.
