Maintenance Mechanic 3 – 2nd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join our 2nd‑shift team (Mon‑Thurs, 3:00 pm‑1:00 am) on Linden Road. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing equipment that supports our biopharma packaging lines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and non‑routine adjustments on packaging lines to ensure high‑quality product output.
• Execute preventive maintenance, changeovers, repairs and running adjustments on critical equipment.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Planning and Project Management to keep lines running efficiently.
• Drive OEE improvements by focusing on rate, yield and utilization, and minimizing downtime.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; follow cGMP, GCP and PCI safety policies.
• Escalate any equipment downtime promptly and provide on‑the‑job training to colleagues.
• May be required to work overtime, weekends and use PPE or PAPR as needed.
