Manager Enterprise & Facilities Projects

About the role

The Manager Enterprise & Facilities Projects will define and drive the strategy for MTN Cameroon’s telecom infrastructure, civil works and facilities. You will ensure that all designs and constructions are safe, cost‑effective, compliant and aligned with operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy definition and provide architecture and civil‑engineering assurance for technical buildings, telecom sites and corporate facilities.
• Control civil‑works projects within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) framework, guaranteeing safety, quality, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, review and approve designs for towers, foundations, shelters, power and energy infrastructure, and operational buildings.
• Ensure all designs are fit‑for‑purpose, scalable and meet telecom operational requirements.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes, telecom operator specifications and IFM standards for maintainability, lifecycle cost and HSE.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading civil‑engineering and architecture assurance for telecom infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, telecom operator specifications and IFM standards.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale civil‑works projects with a focus on safety, quality and cost control.
• Leadership skills to drive strategy and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
