National Consultant – Resource Mobilization Strategy for Humanitarian Transition (Cameroon)

About the role

This consultancy supports the development of a resource mobilization strategy to facilitate the humanitarian transition and beyond in Cameroon’s Far‑North region. The consultant will work closely with national stakeholders to produce actionable deliverables that align with transition priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a comprehensive, up‑to‑date mapping of national organisations operating in reachable and secure municipalities.
• Develop a stakeholder database and conduct a partnership analysis.
• Assess funding opportunities and mechanisms relevant to the humanitarian transition.
• Design a clear, realistic, and context‑adapted resource mobilisation strategy.
• Create a practical action plan that aligns with humanitarian transition priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in resource mobilisation, humanitarian programming, or related consultancy work.
• Familiarity with the Cameroonian context, especially the Far‑North region, is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to deliver high‑quality mapping and strategy documents.
