Regional Treasury Operations Specialist – Francophone Markets

About the role

The Regional Treasury Operations Specialist for Francophone Markets will own end‑to‑end liquidity workflows and partner operations across LemFi’s French‑speaking corridors. Reporting to the Head of Trading & Treasury, this individual contributor role blends analytical rigor with operational ownership to ensure optimal liquidity, accurate trade execution, and seamless regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Liquidity Analysis & Forecasting – Conduct daily and weekly liquidity forecasts for regional wallets and accounts, optimizing funding levels while respecting exposure limits.
• Treasury Execution & Communication – Support and execute regional trading activities in coordination with the Liquidity Manager, manage currency positions, and maintain proactive communication with the Treasury team.
• Operational Relationship Management – Serve as the primary contact for regional partners and aggregators, ensuring operational stability and identifying improvement opportunities.
• End‑to‑End Fund Reconciliation – Own the full reconciliation lifecycle, track funds across the settlement chain, resolve discrepancies, and report accurately to Finance and Group teams.
• Market Insight & Reporting – Provide regional insights on settlement trends, partner performance, and operational risks that could affect delivery.
