Job description
职位概况
北京纳米能源与系统研究所曹霞课题组招聘科研秘书1名、科研助理1名，负责实验室科研管理与实验支持工作，提供月薪7000元起的全职岗位。
主要职责
- 科研秘书：协助项目申报、经费管理、文件归档、组织答辩与学术会议，负责实验室日常运行。
- 科研助理：开展芯片测试、光模块调试、信号采集，维护设备、整理数据与文献，撰写技术文档。
任职要求
- 大学专科及以上学历，具备良好沟通与团队协作能力。
- 科研秘书需熟练办公软件、具备写作与英语能力；科研助理需掌握测试仪器操作和基础编程。
必备技能
- 办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
- 示波器、光功率计、网络分析仪等测试仪器
- Python或Tcl编程
- 电路原理图阅读与PCB调试基础
