职位概况

中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所公共技术服务中心招聘光刻工程师，负责实验室光刻设备的日常管理、维护与工艺开发。

主要职责

操作紫外曝光系统、激光直写曝光、喷雾涂覆机、清洗系统等仪器。
开展光刻工艺流程的研发与优化。
负责设备维护、使用培训、预约管理及功能升级。
完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求

半导体、微电子、物理、材料等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
两年以上光刻相关设备操作经验。
具备良好的英语读写能力。
具备团队合作精神和服务意识。

必备技能

紫外曝光系统操作
激光直写曝光技术
喷雾涂覆机使用
清洗系统维护

我们提供

依据国家、中科院及研究所规定的薪酬福利。
试用期6个月，转正后签订正式劳动合同。
