职位概况

广东特福国际（全球瓷砖制造商，2025 年产量约2.055亿平方米）招聘财务经理，需熟练掌握法语和中文，接受派驻非洲法语国家（如贝宁、布基纳法索、科特迪瓦、喀麦隆、塞内加尔等）工作。公司深耕非洲多年，业务已拓展至南美洲。

主要职责

  • 组织海外工厂所在国的财务核算、成本管理、预算、财务分析及税务筹划等工作
  • 协助财务总监监督日常业务流程，参与重大经济合同和协议的审查
  • 参与年度经营计划的制定与实施，提供财务专业支持
  • 管理下属员工，推动组织绩效提升

任职要求

  • 全日制本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理、审计学等相关专业
  • 5年以上工厂财务岗位经验，成本岗位优先，有海外经验优先
  • 熟悉大型企业财务系统软件，英语可作为工作语言
  • 具备较强的逻辑思维、独立分析解决问题及沟通协调管理能力
