职位概况

广东特福国际（全球瓷砖制造商，上市公司体系）招聘供应链经理，负责采购、仓储或进出口任一模块的全链路管理，需接受派驻非洲法语国家（如贝宁、布基纳法索、科特迪瓦、喀麦隆等），要求熟练掌握法语和中文。

主要职责

  • 搭建并落地标准化作业体系与SOP，优化流程，承接总部供应链目标
  • 供应商开发、评估、分级与维护，组织询比价、招投标，管控成本、质量与交付风险
  • 负责仓库运营，管控库存水位、周转与损耗，定期复盘
  • 负责进出口全流程，包括单证、清关、物流与关税成本管控
  • 编制预算、监控费用，推进降本增效，保障业务闭环
  • 管理团队、培训考核、合规风控，跟进改善项目

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历，供应链、物流、国贸、商务管理相关专业优先
  • 5年以上供应链经验，在采购/仓储/进出口任一方向深耕，有体系搭建经验
  • 熟悉海外属地供应链运作，能独立处理业务异常
  • 熟悉对应模块知识：采购（商务谈判、供方风控）、仓储（库存管理、盘点）、进出口（贸易条款、清关、海关合规、国际物流）
  • 沟通协作、数据分析、成本与风控意识强，抗压，愿接受海外常驻
