Project Manager

About the role

Knowledge Center Cameroon is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of its educational programs. Based in Buea, the role will serve as the operational backbone, ensuring smooth coordination among students, parents, instructors, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee educational program delivery across multiple stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets using project management tools.
• Monitor program performance, generate reports and presentations, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate logistics, manage documentation, and support strategic initiatives to scale program quality.
• Anticipate operational risks and implement proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional project management experience.
• Available to work full‑time during peak and off‑season program periods.
• Not enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and a proactive sense of ownership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Notion or similar tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace.
