Property Manager – Residential & Commercial Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Property Manager to join our growing team at our Penge office. You will be responsible for overseeing a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties, ensuring high standards of service for landlords and tenants while maximising asset value and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage the property portfolio, responding promptly to landlord and tenant enquiries.
• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance and ensure properties are kept to a high standard.
• Coordinate third‑party inspections, review reports and communicate findings to landlords and tenants.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, gas safety, EPC and electrical certifications.
• Serve relevant legal notices and handle tenancy renewals and associated paperwork.
• Support the front office in maximising lettings income.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in line with GDPR requirements.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Personable, professional and friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable and confident in providing high‑quality advice.
• Success‑driven, passionate and motivated.
• Resides within a 45‑minute to 1‑hour commute of the Penge office.
• Experience managing a portfolio of at least 100 residential properties.
• ARLA qualification desirable (company will support training).
