Restaurant Lounge Server

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Server to join our lounge and restaurant team. You will be the face of the establishment, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the dining area before service: clean floors and bathrooms, set tables, polish glassware, and stock napkins, cutlery, and condiments.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow.
• Welcome and seat guests, present menus, take and serve food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Process bills and payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift, clear and reset tables quickly, and follow cleaning schedules.
• Address guest complaints, resolve issues or escalate to management, and encourage repeat visits.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, assist during busy periods, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar server role (preferred).
• Hospitality management education or related training is advantageous.
• Fluent French; English is a plus.
• Flexible availability for night shifts (typically 4 pm – 12:30 am) and occasional late hours.
• Professional, neat appearance, punctual, reliable, and friendly demeanor.
