Sales & Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support the growth of our client base and strengthen brand visibility across Cameroon. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, manage campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing targeted lead‑generation campaigns and qualify inbound inquiries.
• Support the sales team with prospect research, outreach preparation, and CRM pipeline updates.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, and proposals.
• Help plan and coordinate events, webinars, and partnership activities to boost brand awareness.
• Conduct light competitive and market research to inform positioning.
• Launch and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns, keeping collateral up‑to‑date and on‑brand.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and budget tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role.
• Bilingual proficiency (verbal and written) in English and French.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Creative mindset with basic graphic design or content creation abilities (optional).
