Sales & Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support the growth of our client base and enhance brand visibility in Yaounde. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will help attract, engage and convert prospects while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in targeted campaigns to generate and nurture leads, qualify inbound inquiries and prepare outreach materials.
• Update and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, tracking prospects from initial contact to conversion.
• Contribute to sales enablement assets such as presentations, case studies and proposals.
• Promote brand awareness on the field, support event, webinar and partnership planning, and conduct light competitive research.
• Launch and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns, maintain up-to-date collateral and sales tools.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, meeting coordination and budget tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role.
• Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Basic graphic design or content creation abilities (a plus).
