Sales Representative (Hospitality Sector)

About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Representative to expand our presence in the hospitality sector. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, event planners and travel agencies while nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify, approach and secure new corporate and B2C clients in hotels, restaurants and event venues.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Deliver sales presentations, conduct site inspections and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing to produce promotional materials and sales campaigns.
- Record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions to uncover new opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within hotels, restaurants or related hospitality businesses.
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Residency in Yaoundé or willingness to relocate.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using CRM software.
