Scholarship and Communications Coordinator

About the role

The Scholarship and Communications Coordinator will support CBM’s Inclusive Health Initiative (IHI) in Cameroon. The role combines the management of scholarship programmes with the delivery of communications activities across IHI projects and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of communication strategies for IHI programmes, including content creation, media outreach, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end scholarship processes, from applicant selection to award disbursement and monitoring.
• Collaborate with universities, training institutions, government agencies, and partner organisations to ensure alignment of scholarship activities with programme goals.
• Document and communicate programme impact, preparing reports, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate records of scholarship beneficiaries and communication outputs.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in communications, public relations, or programme coordination, preferably within the health or development sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including academic and governmental partners.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for managing scholarship cycles.
